Job Responsibilities :
- Facilitate live sessions and workshops, designed by our learning designers
- Support learners with their interdisciplinary learning journey in human flourishing
- Perform assessments, feedback, and/or evaluations
- Ensure learner progress on the flourishing journey and in flourishing-related activities
- Support learners with physical, emotional and social well-being
Job Requirements :
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong socio-emotional skills
- Interdisciplinary expertise/skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong growth mindset
- Experience and solid personal practice a in introspection, mindfulness or meditation techniques
- Bachelor’s Degree (any subject)
- Bilingual (Arabic and English), a highly effective communicator at different levels, both oral and in writing.
- Vast knowledge and experience in dealing with different government offices especially the Ministry of Education and KHDA
- Be an excellent team player and have effective communication skills
