Refrigeration Design Engineer
Job Description
Project designer and quoting engineer should be able to carry out below mentioned work independently and with limited supervision: FREON-variety of projects varying from condensing units to more demanding rack and glycol systems etc. Various industries (Dairy, Cold stores, Poultry etc…) Faze 1 (Quoting stage of the project) 1/ Analyzing project requirements (documents usually supplied in Microsoft Ax System but not always the case) and creating idea what type of refrigeration system to be used in order to meet customers’ requirements (or following up on customer’s requirements). 2/ Further development, equipment and quantity selection. Preparing BOM list as a base for quoting. 3/ Contacting suppliers, preparing project cost sheet (in Microsoft Excel) and Technical and Commercial quote as per Company& rsquo;s standards, procedures and practice. Faze 2 (Stage of possible project revision) 3/ Caring out required changes in preliminary project design as per customer request (if any) and working on new BOM list and revising quotes. Faze 3 (After (if) project is awarded) 4/ Working on design, technical drawings (proficient I CAD level), managing required changes (if any), assisting project manager with technical advices and project handover documents. Providing commissioning sheets and customer hand over documents and manuals. APPENDIX Freon rack design knowledge and experience beneficial. AMMONIA-variety of projects varying from single stage to multi stage systems, usage of secondary refrigerants etc. Various industries (Dairy, Cold stores, Poultry etc…). Same as with FREON, if further training required could be organized but base knowledge and existing design experience required.
